2015 HALL Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon

An unseasonably warm spring brought early bloom and bud break. Temperatures cooled in May causing grape shatter, which resulted in uneven fruit set and reduced an already low crop yield. In reaction, vineyard crews worked even more diligently during verasion thinning to maintain even ripening of the clusters. As a result of the growing conditions, attention to detail in the vineyards, plus a final pass through optical sorting equipment at the winery makes the quality of the vintage extremely high.
