Sierra Mar vineyard is owned by Gary and Rosella Franscioni; famed pioneers of this appellation. This is an incredible vineyard site that reflects the best of Santa Lucia Highlands. The vineyard produces rich, lush, unctuous fruit that is balanced out by the natural acidity of the site. We are very excited about this inaugural offering - and to have Sta. Lucia Highlands represented in our portfolio.

From the Kathryn Hall family of wines is rich and juicy but not sweet at all. The nose begins with sage, clove, black cherry, concentrated violets and rose petals, the turned-loam quality. The palate shows beets, fennel, sagebrush, dark red cherry and plum. A eucalyptus and menthol quality rises on the finish.
